Since we are a small business, we are unable to accept returns on used products. For this reason we offer samples so that our customers can try our products before investing in a full sized product. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Send an email to info@soapboxfox.com to request a custom sample box. We will gladly help you select a range of products to test. Skin care samples are $2 each + S&H fees. The samples are generally about 1 weeks worth of product. Soap samples, if in stock, are always free of charge + S&H fees.
Ordering from Soapbox Fox online is safe and secure. Once you click on "Order Review," you're on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.

Made in small batches using high quality (often food-grade) ingredients, handcrafted soap is soap in it's purest and truest form.
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled.
If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

All of my soaps are made by hand, by me personally, in small batches. Because my soaps have become so popular it is hard to keep them all in stock 100% of the time. I try my best to keep up with the demand. Soapmaking is a passion of mine, and I am commited to the integrity of my process and ingredients, which is why I refuse to outsource my soap production. I do offer discounts to those who wish to stock up on their favorite soap by ordering a 5,10,15, or 20 lb batch.
